Sherri Cliffe

Sherri Cliffe, President and creative mastermind of Cliffedge Marketing, founded the company in May 2001.  Sherri comes equipped with exciting and innovating ideas, as well as extensive knowledge gained from over 28 years in the media and marketing field.  Sherri has done a little bit of everything throughout her career, including voicing radio and television commercials, and experience behind the camera as an on-air TV Host.

Ryan Cliffe, Vice President of Sales for Cliffedge Marketing, is the creative force behind many Cliffedge programs. Ryan has spent over ten years in sports sponsorship, developing unique, revenue-driving partnerships. In his current role, Ryan oversees new business development, company strategy, and most importantly, helps his fiancée plan their wedding.

Mick Cliffe, the Vice President of Administration for Cliffedge Marketing, has been an integral, “behind the scenes” part of the company since its founding. Since retiring from AmerenUE in early 2011, Mick has taken a more active role in Cliffedge Marketing’s accounting and finances.

Melinda Sheriff Pajares, Director of Promotions for Cliffedge Marketing, joined Sherri’s enthusiastic enterprise in 2003.  Since day one she has worn many hats, including managing events, brainstorming promotions, new business development, project scheduling and budgeting, as well as keeping the office energy flowing smoothly.

Colin Listner, Director of Content Marketing for Cliffedge, has an extensive background in Radio Marketing and Promotions as well as street team management for two major radio groups. He handles the creative direction of our Social Media platforms and websites, Public Relations, and event planning and execution. He's also a father of three boys and an avid homebrewer (which is how he copes with three boys).

We’re looking for a fun, talented, and creative individual to help our clients stand out online. This person will work alongside the Director of Content Marketing and be responsible for creating, managing, and tracking digital content.  
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills. A gifted storyteller who can optimize content, maintain brand consistency, and deliver a positive customer experience on behalf of our clients. 

Responsibilities
Work with the Director of Content Marketing to create content strategies for assigned clients.
Create and publish engaging content for a variety of clients through a variety of distribution channels (blog, web, social, email, etc.). 
Act as a liaison between Cliffedge Marketing and assigned accounts, ensuring timely delivery of contractual elements while upholding customer service standards. 
Analyze the effectiveness of content produced and communicate findings across the team.
Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention.
Work ancillary events when needed, including some nights and weekends.

Requirements
1-3 years’ experience planning and producing outstanding written and visual content for various channels (i.e. blog, web, social). 
A track record of building an engaged online audience through compelling storytelling.
A foodie who understands the in-store and online food shopping experience.
An outside the box thinker who can create stories through writing, photos, videos, or other “use your imagination” content.
Ability to apply a different voice, while keeping consistent brand standards, for a variety of accounts.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe suite.
Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Familiarity with social media.
Excellent writing skills. 
BS degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field.
Facebook and Google Ad Certification a plus.
